Our Story
We opened the doors to The Fox Pub & Dining in January 2024 we were excited and terrified in equal measure!
It was however less daunting than when we embarked on our Heathfields Journey back in 2020, when we were totally new to the industry. Opening our doors (or not) amidst the pandemic made it even more challenging. We loved the way the community embraced and supported Heathfields and it is with that new found support and confidence we have been brave enough to take on the bigger challenge of The Fox.
Our hope is to have created a really warm and inviting place to be.

The restaurant area will be serving a high quality freshly prepared menu with seasonal produce.
The pub is a more relaxed dog friendly space with a small bar menu which will as we grow in confidence will increase.
As with Heathfields we aim to support as many local producers and suppliers as we can.
Our hope is that it is a relaxed place…somewhere you can pop in any day of the week for a meal, light bite or just a drink.

Our Menu
We offer a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, including vegetarian and vegan options. Our gastropub menu changes seasonally to ensure we are always using the freshest ingredients available.
All of our dishes are freshly prepared in house, we even chip our own chips!
Where possible we try to support local suppliers and producers. We grow our own herbs in our beautiful garden which we use in our salads and dressings.
We also create weekly specials so that our menu is varied and ever changing.
Our Team
Our team is made up of experienced professionals and many locals new to the industry who are passionate about food and hospitality.
From our chefs to our servers, everyone at The Fox Keston is dedicated to providing the best possible dining experience to our guests.
Dogs....We welcome all furry friends into our pub, terrace and outdoor spaces. However dogs are not permitted in the main restaurant.
Dogs are welcomed in the main bar area of the pub, our private dining area and all of our outdoor spaces, we will supply treats, blankets, water and fuss! Please mention if you wish to bring your dog when booking so that we can allocate you to the right area.
Jazz Nights
We are delighted to host Tuesday Jazz sessions performed by Harry & Elizabete a pair of very talented young musicians (and also our resident couple here at the Fox), inspired by a nostalgic blend of jazz, soul & folk.
Bringing the warm tones of jazz piano, acoustic guitar and duet vocals, they'll keep you smiling while you enjoy the lovely food and service on a Tuesday evening. (From 7.30pm)

Private Dining Room
Seperate from our main restaurant is our beautiful private dining room which is suitable for 8-14 diners.
It is bookable on request and perfect for small intimate celebrations.
It is dog friendly too.
We request a pre order for groups of 8 or more and a deposit of £10pp.

Beautiful Garden & Terrace
Our beautiful garden is now open!
Upper & Middle Terraces -These dining terrace areas are bookable online. We serve our full Al carte menu and pizza menu (see pizza den opening times) on these terraces.
Please note the upper terrace is fully covered and heated.
The middle terrace newly opening for 2026 is shaded from the sun but not rain covered.
The lower garden has two areas - a section with tables and benches ideal for larger groups. And a lovely relaxed sofa area which is ideal for watching the sunset. These areas are allocated on a first come first basis.
Our pizza and small plates menu is available in the lower garden. Please note during busy periods we are unable to offer our full A la carte menu in the lower garden.
We request no smoking or vaping in our garden or terraces.
Children are welcome until 7pm but must be supervised at all times. Please note we do not have a children's play area.

TAPAS NIGHTS Paused until 2026
Our tapas nights are now on hold. But don't worry they will be back in the spring 2026
We offer a wonderful selection of Tapas and small plates including.... Garlic and Chilli King Prawns, Chorizo in red wine & honey and Salt Cod Croquettes to name just a few!
All of which can be washed down with a glass or two of our many wines or beers. (All of our wines are available by the glass)
We also offer our pub classics such as our burgers & fish & chips (although not our full a la carte menu) So if Tapas isn't your thing don't worry we've got you covered there too!
The Fox Pizza Den - Reopens Good Friday 4pm!
Our Pizza Den is open from Good Friday 2026
We offer delicious freshly baked Sourdough Pizza's to enjoy in our lovely garden and bar area. We also offer small plates such as garlic prawns, padron peppers, a kent charcuterie & cheese board, Fox made pork pie and dips, Fox made sausage rolls and new this summer we have Hot dogs with whiskey onions and mustard served in a brioche bun!
Alternatively you may prefer to take your pizza away so we offer a discounted drink while you wait!
